Returns

Please start the return process here- www.astrasignature.com/a/returns.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the items to us within 21 days upon receiving your order. If you run into any questions or concerns please email us at customerservice@astrasignature.com. 

On our returns page, you need your order number and the email address you used to complete the purchase. If you didn't use your email address and instead used your phone number please contact our customer service immediately for help.

For US Customers - Once in the return portal please pick a return option: 1. FREE Return and a gift card for the amount of purchase. 2. FREE Exchange. 3. Return and refund that will be applied to your original method of payment minus a $10 restocking fee. 

For International Customers - Once in the return portal please pick a return option: 1. Store credit minus a $10 restocking fee. 2.  Exchange minus a $10 restocking fee. 3. Return and refund that will be applied to your original method of payment minus a $35 restocking fee. 

Exchanges -If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the color/size/style you wish to receive in exchange. If the requested item(s) is available on receipt of your return, this will be dispatched promptly. The requested item must be of equal monetary value to the original item. You will not be required to pay for postage once again. If the item is not in stock, a gift card will be issued accordingly.

Additional Information -Items must be returned in a re-sellable condition (all tags should still be attached). We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be re-sellable. This does not affect your ability to return a faulty item. If you receive a faulty item please notify us within 3 days from the day you receive your package. 

Sale Items and Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.  

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS- Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed.



Refunds (if applicable)
Please allow us 2 weeks from the date that we receive your return for the refund request to be processed. Your return will be received and inspected, this process alone can take up to 7 business days. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Note that refunds can take up to 14 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@astrasignature.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
